He said that the company is thriving, despite a weak housing market, because it lends on a smaller scale. They don’t go through as much red tape as a bigger bank. Everything is done under one roof, in their New Whiteland office.
A loan that might take a bank a few months to process can take a smaller lender, like Bailey and Wood, about a week and a half.
