Welcome to the Club 2016

We take pride in all our team members and the dedication they put towards their work. We do our best to encourage and recognize our top performers to create a friendly, yet competitive, atmosphere among our whole staff.

Bailey & Wood acknowledges select levels of performance including the Legends Club level, the Champions Club level, and the Executives Club level. Every team member has a chance to enter into one of these clubs by the end of each year based on the number of units and volume closed.
